Nutriferm Yeast Cell Wall is the purified cell wall fraction gained from pure culture yeast of species Saccharomyces cerevisiae. The soluble parts of yeast cells are removed by a gentle digestion, the remaining cell wall fraction is then purified and finally dried. Nutriferm Yeast Cell Wall stands out for its content of high molecular polysaccharides like beta glucans and mannans as well as high nutritional contents.
